The Eskiador sales and advisory team comprises five members: Louis and Maxime, with four years of experience each; Lucie, who has been assisting customers for three years; Roxanne, who has been bringing her expertise for two years; and Clément, who joined the team last year.
This team is ready to help when you visit, ensuring the store is well-stocked, handling checkout, and, most importantly, guiding you. Whether you want to hire skis, buy a snowboard, or shop for clothing and accessories, they will help you find exactly what you need.
Bootfitting: customised ski boots
Eskiador stands out for its bootfitting service, which involves customising the liners and shells of ski boots to fit your feet perfectly. This requires a high level of expertise, from using foot analysis technologies to addressing specific issues and working on various parts of the boot to achieve optimal results.
That’s why four team members are certified bootfitters (Yoann, Carlos, Maxime, and Louis), holding diplomas from the Sidas Academy. At Eskiador, you’re in expert hands, so take advantage of the opportunity to enjoy ski boots that offer maximum comfort and performance.
Ski workshop: taking care of your gear
Our ski shop has a workshop for various purposes: maintaining rental equipment throughout the season, servicing your personal gear (waxing, sharpening, etc.), and repairing damaged skis and snowboards (filling in scratches, restructuring, etc.).
Carlos, with eight years of experience, manages the workshop. He is supported by Louis, Maxime, and Clément, who carry out all the necessary operations to ensure your equipment is safe, high-performing and long-lasting. Their expertise is complemented by specialised machines and tools, enabling them to deliver precise and high-quality maintenance.
