Equipment tests, many activities and first descents of the winter season in Val Thorens
You have already got back your ski gloves, mask and suit out and you are hopping up and down with impatience while thinking about skiing down the first slopes of the season? So book your stay in Val Thorens for the Grande Premiere! On the week-end of 23rd and 24th of November, the ski resort will see the big picture, with many great ski brands and many types of activities.
On the place Caron, right in the middle of the snow-covered mountains, a Village will be set up to give you the opportunity to make the most of these activities. The programme includes free equipments tests, such as the brand new Alpine skis of the season, snowscoots, cross-country skis and lots of other equipments to enjoy the ski area. Some group leaders will also be there to introduce board sports like freestyle skiing or cross-country skiing, in order that you can enjoy everything Val Thorens has to offer. Some contests and some tastings will also take place during this amazing week-end, and you will even have the opportunity to enjoy a giant Raclette in a musical atmosphere, on Saturday 23rd November, during the après-ski.
