What is the Multiride service?

The Multiride is an option you can select while booking on our rental website, when you add equipment to your basket or when you check your booking before payment. Once you will be in Val Thorens and you will have picked up your rental equipment, this service will allow you to change it for another one, from a lower or equal category. For instance, if you rent a "black" snowboard, you will be able to swap it for mini skis or skis from the blue, red or black range. The Multiride is available if you rent for 6 days or more. In other words, if you come and spend a one-week holiday in Val Thorens, you can select this option.

And, how much for this service? Only 15 euros per person! This way, the Multiride gives you the opportunity to try out several skis and/or snowboards from the best brands, at a very low price.

When should you opt for the Multiride ?

If you rent blue skis (novice level) online, you won't see the Multiride option in your basket. Indeed, there is no equal category that would allow you to exchange your equipment. However, for any other equipment in our rental range, you can select the Multiride. And there are many good reasons and many scenarios to opt for this service:

• For those, men as well as women, who like both skiing and snowboarding, it's a great way not to choose between these two sports, and to be able to enjoy the skiing area of Val Thorens with the equipment they like, when they want to.
• For the skiers who would like to learn snowboarding (and vice versa), it's the opportunity to get skis or a snow fitting their level and made to learn, during one day or more, without compromising on good sensations et performances during their stay, with their favourite equipment. You should also know that the Multiride option is also available for Junior equipment: this way, children can discover both skiing and snowboarding.
• For the ones who like spending some time in the snow parks, as well as Alpine skiing, the Multiride is an opportunity to combine both activities, by exchanging Alpine skis and Free Style skis when they want to.
