The 5 most beautiful ski slopes
in Val Thorens

Highlights

Located in the heart of the 3 Valleys and perched at an altitude of 2,300 meters, Val Thorens is Europe's highest resort. Renowned for the quality of its snow cover and the diversity of its terrain, it offers an exceptional playground for all skiers. At Eskiador, we ski here almost every day... so we know which slopes are worth the detour.

1. The Combe de Caron trail – The high mountain experience

Accessible from the mythical summit of Cime Caron, this red run is one of the most impressive in Val Thorens. With its 360° panorama, high-mountain ambience and often excellent snow, it’s a descent not to be missed.

Our advice: do it in fine weather to enjoy the exceptional view of the Alps.

2. The Christine trail – For good skiers

Rated black, Christine is a technical, challenging but incredibly beautiful run. Set in a wilderness environment, it offers a real « nature » skiing sensation.

Our advice: to be preferred in good snow conditions, and rather at the start of the day.

3. The Plein Sud trail – Accessible pleasure

A wide, sunny red run, Plein Sud is perfect for linking curves in complete fluidity. Ideal for intermediate skiers who want to have fun without excessive difficulty.

Our tip: perfect in the late morning, when the snow starts to change slightly.

4. The Boulevard Cumin trail – For gentle enjoyment

A long blue run accessible from the summit, Boulevard Cumin is ideal for enjoying the scenery and skiing at your leisure. It offers a pleasant descent with magnificent views over the valley.

Our advice: perfect with the family or for a gentle resumption of skiing.

5. La Bee trail – Playful and fun

Located in the Bee sector, this trail is known for its playfulness, with natural curves and varied terrain. It appeals to children and adults alike.

Our tip: ideal for a fun session at the end of the day.
